Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-lifecycle project management for UKG Pro, WFM, and Ready implementations, including discovery, requirements gathering, scope definition, design, configuration, testing (UAT), training, go-live, and post-implementation support/hypercare.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk registers using methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid; track milestones and deliverables with tools.

• Serve as the primary client point of contact, facilitating workshops, status meetings, and escalations; manage expectations, communicate progress, and negotiate scope changes or change orders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing UKG solutions, including at least 2-3 full-lifecycle projects with UKG Pro, WFM/Dimensions, and/or Ready (e.g., HR/payroll setups, timekeeping/scheduling configurations).

• Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex, multi-module deployments across industries; prior exposure to migrations from legacy systems like Kronos Workforce Central.

• Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time/budget while balancing client needs and profitability; healthcare or retail sector experience is advantageous.
