As a UKG Pro WFM Solution Consultant, you are responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing modules like Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Attestation. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, leading full lifecycle implementations from discovery to deployment, and ensuring successful user adoption. Solution Consultants act as subject matter experts, providing guidance on best practices for workforce management processes across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the full lifecycle of UKG Pro WFM implementations, including discovery, business requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, hypercare, and user adoption activities.
Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering to document functional and technical needs, including scope definition and needs analysis.
Configure UKG Pro WFM modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Attestation, and Leave.
Develop and maintain documentation, including audit findings, business requirements, product design documents, test plans, and use cases.
Conduct software testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing; assist with change management to ensure smooth transitions.
Proactively identify project issues, recommend solutions, and manage project timelines, budgets, and status reporting.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exemplary customer service, acting as a go-to resource for UKG Pro WFM expertise.
Provide end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and post-implementation assistance.
Collaborate with project managers, other consultants, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UKG Pro WFM (formerly Dimensions) and related technologies, including differences from legacy systems like UKG Workforce Central.
Occasionally travel to client sites for on-site support or meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
Your duties as a UKG Ready Timekeeping Solution Consultant, in addition to any others that may be assigned throughout your tenure include:
Lead end-to-end implementation of WFR solutions
Act as a strategic advisor, fostering long-term client relationships
Identify opportunities to expand UKG functionalities or offer additional services.
Participate in events and activities, which promote the brand, mission and services
Participates and supports the team daily through coaching, work action planning and team meetings
Ensure security and privacy obligations are met
Assist in the development of new services and subscription programs
Work with the leadership team collaboratively to identify areas of improvement and lead improvement plans in the service area
Work with your Practice Leaders when necessary to resolve issues that are blocking the successful completion of projects within Professional Services
Participate in Services Meetings
Understand and own the ACG methodology
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience implementing and supporting UKG software for small, medium and enterprise clients with advanced-level knowledge.
Thorough understanding of business, process, and technology relating to workforce management.
Ability to lead all aspects of solution configurations, implementations, modifications, including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development and support.
Experience on UKG Ready modules like HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance and Talent Management is desirable.
Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT.
Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans, test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation.
Handle escalated issues, understand client needs and tailor solutions and responses to meet these needs.
Demonstrated ability to deliver quality, on-time projects to a diverse customer base. History of managing multiple projects at once.
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with peers and clients. Flexibility to work within a team or independently.

This role involves collaborating with clients to gather requirements, design tailored payroll systems, provide best practice recommendations, and ensure successful implementations from discovery through go-live and user adoption. Consultants act as subject matter experts on UKG Ready Payroll modules, focusing on end-to-end payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Your duties as a UKG Ready Payroll Solution Consultant, in addition to any others that may be assigned throughout your tenure include:
Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements.
Design, configure, and implement UKG Ready Payroll modules, ensuring alignment with client workflows, including system setup and data flow.
Provide consultative guidance on best practices for payroll processes.
Lead full lifecycle implementations, including requirements documentation, solution development, testing (e.g., unit, user acceptance), training for administrators and end-users, and go-live support.
Troubleshoot issues, mitigate risks, and offer timely resolutions during implementations; maintain project timelines, milestones, and status updates using project tracking tools.

Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, cross-functional teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
Transition clients to ongoing support post-implementation and contribute to standardizing delivery practices within the organization.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years in HR systems consulting, implementations, or professional services.
At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready), focusing on HR and benefits modules.
Proven track record in full-cycle implementations, including discovery, design, testing, training, and deployment.
Client-facing roles involving requirements gathering, solution development, and project leadership.
Advantageous: Experience with additional UKG Ready certifications, HR/payroll practitioner background, or industry-specific knowledge (e.g., retail, healthcare).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities for troubleshooting and process optimization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, documentation, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
